Kolsay lake

No matter how many times I see Kolsay in photos, being here in person always hits differently. It’s the perfect place to escape the city, breathe, and just reset.
We went boating, walked the trails, and took so many pictures (swipe to see the shots through the wildflowers—absolute favorite!).
Quick checklist if you’re planning a trip:
Warm layers (it gets chilly in the mountains, especially towards evening).
Comfy sneakers (lots of walking ahead).
A thermos with hot tea & snacks (sipping tea with this view is pure magic).
SPF (mountain sun is tricky!).
